Cancellation Policy
At Danna Lux Medspa, we reserve time specifically for each client. To respect both our clients and our schedule, we ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No show appointments may also result in a fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.
Certain services may require a deposit, card on file, or prepayment at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise stated and may be nonrefundable if the appointment is canceled late or missed.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrival may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

Refund Policy
All aesthetic, wellness, and medical services provided by Danna Lux Medspa are nonrefundable once performed.
Deposits, consultation fees, and prepaid services may be nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase or booking.
Products purchased in clinic may be eligible for exchange or store credit only at the discretion of Danna Lux Medspa and only if unopened, unused, and returned within a reasonable timeframe. Opened or used products are generally not eligible for refund or exchange.
